These chromatography spin columns are available in volume capacities of 0.5 ml and 20 ml and binding capacities of 40 to 80 mg for DNA, virus and protein purification applications. It is also equipped with ion exchange ligand. Their design ensures they never dry out and are ready to use. This product is a great substitute for column chromatography which takes longer for protein purification. The chromatography matrix is based on membrane adsorber technology.
